Terms and Conditions for Revered Cards, LLC

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Revered Cards, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Revered Cards, LLC website (www.reveredcards.com), purchasing trading cards, or engaging in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our website (such as making purchases or accessing account details), you may need to create an account with us. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you agree to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Availability and Pricing

  • Product Listings: We make every effort to display the correct products, pricing, and availability on our website. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices may change at any time without notice. You will be charged the price at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Order Processing

  • Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order, including taxes and shipping fees. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment being received.

  • PRE-ORDERS: Pre-Order purchases will be charged to your payment method immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipping but are subject to our cancellation policy. Pre-Orders will ship within 24 hours of the product being received at the store. All Pre-Order products have an estimated arrival date provided by the publisher. All Pre-Orders that contain additional items that are not Pre-Orders will all ship when the Pre-Order items ship. If you wish to separate shipping, you must place separate orders.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to specific locations, which will be outlined during the checkout process. Shipping addresses cannot be modified after placing an order. Shipping cannot be combined or modified in any way after checkout.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you, unless the damage occurs due to our fault.

  • Package theft is not covered by Revered Cards and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that packages are delivered to safe locations. If you believe you are at risk for this and still wish to order, please reach out to us before hand to arrange signature delivery service.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we unfortunately do not offer returns on any products. However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out and we will make it right support@reveredcards.com

  • Cancellations can be requested prior to the product being shipped but will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or databases.

  • Engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities including charge-back fraud, identity theft, spamming, or distributing malware.

  • Use our website to transmit harmful or offensive content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Revered Cards, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revered Cards, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property, resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Revered Cards, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of our website, or your interaction with third parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Revered Cards, LLC is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Revered Cards, LLC is based.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration will take place in the state where Revered Cards, LLC is based.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to others.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revered Cards, LLC regarding your use of our website and services.
