Cancellations can be requested prior to the product being shipped but will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment being received.

PRE-ORDERS: 

Pre-Order purchases will be charged to your payment method immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shiping but are subject to our cancellation policy. Pre-Orders will ship within 24 hours of the product being received at the store. All Pre-Order products have an estimated arrival date provided by the publisher.
